Ian Moir is the CEO of Woolworths Holdings Limited (WHL), a listed South African company with a market capitalisation of AU$9bn. Established in 1931, WHL is unrelated to retailers elsewhere in the world with the same name. WHL owns a number of Australia’s most iconic retail brands - Country Road Retail Group, including Witchery, Trenery and Mimco fashion & accessories labels across 500 stores, and David Jones, Australia’s leading premium department store operator, with 38 stores.
Craig Dower is the CEO of Salmat. With 30 years in the ICT industry, Craig has extensive experience in leading organisational change. Previously as President, APAC and China for Avanade Inc. He has led several successful business turnarounds and taken those companies to new levels of growth and profitability. Craig has served as CEO, President and MD within a number of prominent organisations in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region.
David Mustow is an Executive Director and heads Macquarie Capital’s Australia and NZ Retail Team. David has advised on numerous transactions in the retail sector including the sale of David Jones to WHL, Wesfarmers on its acquisition of Coles and Petbarn/Greencross on their merger and subsequent acquisition of City Farmers. Previously he worked with another International investment bank in London and with Blake Dawson Waldron.
Ticky Fullerton is a journalist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). She is a regular presenter of the national show, The Business since mid-2010, which is also aired on ABC News 24, the ABC's international TV news channel.
