Grant Kerswell addressed a HR Boardroom of 15 senior HR executives where he discussed “Developing a Strong Culture to Enhance Business Performance”. This event was proudly hosted by Hudson.
Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) is one of the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region and one of the world’s top five Coca-Cola bottlers. CCA employs more than 15,000 people and has access to more than 265 million consumers through over 700,000 retailers.
HR is a vital function within CCA, partnering with the business to build a sustainable competitive advantage through its people, while promoting a culture of excellence.
Within HR, CCA’s national and state-based strategic advisors are functionally aligned to provide generalist HR, OH&S and Learning & Development guidance to the business.
CCA also has a national service centre which provides operational support to employees and line managers. At a national level Centres of Excellence have been established to provide specialist knowledge in Remuneration & Benefits, HR Information Systems, Organisational Development and Recruitment & Selection.
With a focus on working together as one team, Grant drives improved leadership and business performance, effective systems and processes and is proud that CCA is recognised as a sound developer of talent.
