Hosted by Peter SImic, publisher of Winestate Magazine, designer of wine courses and lecturer took guests through a degustation lunch featuring South Australian wines.

God's Hill: Charlie Scalzi, Proprietor

III Associates: Reg Wymond, Director

Guests were treated to a 5 course degustation and given the opportunity to test their wine knowledge by identifying and selecting the matched wines, including varietal, region and year.
