Geoff McIntyre
Managing Director - Queensland, JLL
Geoff McIntyre has over twenty (20) years’ experience in real estate, specialising in the disposal of commercial, retail and development properties.
Geoff commenced his property career working as a Valuer for Stanton Hillier Parker before joining Jones Lang Wootton in 1993.
Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Geoff has had experience in all facets of property, including advising clients on major development/refurbishment projects, selling major CBD development sites, retail, industrial and office investments and undertaking valuation assignments.
In 2000 he was appointed as the Director for the Queensland Sales & Investment Team, specialising on major investment and development opportunities both in Brisbane and the major regional locations of Queensland. Geoff was also appointed Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Queensland in September 2009 and an International Director in July 2012.
Raynuha Sinnathamby
Managing Director, Springfield Land Corporation
A solicitor by trade, Raynuha holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees and also a Masters in Business Administration.
After practising in property law, Raynuha joined Springfield Land Corporation in 1998 as Director Corporate looking after the legal and marketing arms of the organisation.
In February 2013, Raynuha was appointed Managing Director of the Springfield Land Corporation. Over the years, Raynuha has been closely involved in the building of the Greater Springfield City, an area encompassing six suburbs and home to approximately 30,000 people, which now boasts as being the third fastest growing statistical local area in the country.
In May 2010, Greater Springfield received the International Real Estate Federation Prix d’ Excellence Award for World’s Best Masterplanned Community. Over the years, Greater Springfield has won numerous State and National awards.
As part of her contribution to the property industry, Raynuha recently served as President of the Queensland Division of the Property Council of Australia.
Sein-Way Tan
Chairman and Group CEO, Green World City
Sein-Way Tan is the founder of Green World City, an organisation with global mission to make cities more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
He has lived and studied in Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan. This experience has given him a wide understanding of many countries' culture, business, current affairs, geopolitics, history, languages, environment and evolving global trends.
He is one of the few Australian CEOs who have been invited to meet over 30 Heads of State and hundreds of influential political and business leaders worldwide. He has also been invited by the Australian Federal Government to complete reports on Property Development, and by the Chinese Government to the Great Hall of the People, Boao Asia Forum, China Real Estate Conference and other major forums, to advise on sustainable cities and future trends.
In addition to speaking on TV and radio globally, he has been invited to speak at the Nobel Peace Prize City Hall in Oslo and also selected by leading experts and peers to be honoured as a World Cities Summit Young Leader.
He has also been invited to present and advise billionaire and (U)HNWI forums in Asia, Europe and North America on business opportunities in creating large-scale sustainable projects and sustainable cities.
He is on the Advisory Board of Global Urban Development, Sustainia and Data Cities. He is an Advisor to many Governments, including the Chinese Government on creating green cities and is also on the Steering Committee of the UN-Habitat (United Nations) World Urban Campaign.
Sein-Way Tan is also passionate in helping clean-tech companies expand globally by using his global connections and resources.

Lynda Woods has a career that spans ten years in tourism, ten in government and over fifteen in finance covering more than 30 years’ experience in management and business analysis positions.
She is currently Chairman of two boards and former member of the Business Advisory Committee for the Commonwealth Games Bid for 2018. In her spare time she is a Judge Surf Life Saving QLD, a volunteer MC for not-for-profit organisations and Finance Producer for Co-Productions with China.
Lynda holds a Graduate Certificate in Case Management - majoring in Economics and Politics - Diplomas in Business and Financial Planning, and numerous tourism/boating qualifications and awards. Gold Coast residents would know Lynda from reporting the Finance segment on ABC Radio week day mornings on Coast FM (91.7).
