Infrastructure 2012 and beyond Luncheon - Thursday 10 May 2012

Ian McLeod, Chief Executive of Ergon Energy along with Leo Zussino, CEO of Gladstone Ports Corporation and Graham Thomsen, Director of LinkWater, Queenslands Bulk Water Transport Authority and moderator Lynda Woods from RBS Morgans addressed over 130 business executives at a luncheon in Brisbane where they discussed "Infrastructure 2012 and Beyond".

The rapid expansion of decentralised and regional Queensland, due to the two-speed economy, has resulted in a spread in the geographical infrastructure needs for Queensland business. The rapid expansion affects not only the mining and resources sector, but all businesses with a stake in the Queensland economy.

In this forum, our expert panel of speakers examined how Queensland's main infrastructure providers; rail, ports, and power are coping with this change and how they plan to enable the maximisation of the boom for Queensland's businesses and people, now and into the future.
