Michael Argyrou, Group CEO, Hickory

Kaitlyn Davidson, Director of Strategic Growth, Corporate Affairs & Marketing, Built

Shane Quinn, Executive Chairman, Quintessential Equity

Ian Shimmin, Director, Urbis

As Urbis’ national economics and research leader in the retail sector, Ian has a strong focus in the retail property space. He also assists both private and public sector clients as an expert witness on matters relating to future needs, demand and impacts across various specialist property sectors, including retail, residential, retirement, child care and entertainment. Ian and the National Retail Team provide economic advice on major acquisitions and developments, site location and network strategies and shopping centre performance improvement initiatives for clients throughout Australia and overseas.
