Matthew Quinn provided his perspective on the property market conditions for FY09, locally and abroad. What does the future hold for the Listed Property Trust arena going forward?

Matthew Quinn is recognized as one of Austalia's most respected and successful property leaders. He was appointed Managing Director of Stockland in 2000. Stockland is one of Australia's largest and most diversified property investment and development groups - a top 50 ASX company with a market cap of greater than $11 billion. Since his appointment, Stockland has quadrupled its market capitalisation and employees. Matthew was National President or the Property Council of Australia from 2003 and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. In a 2006 BRW survey of leading fund managers and stockbrokers, Matthew was voted Australia's most admired CEO and Stockland the most admired company.
